1. How Do I Sign Up?
Good News... When you sign up from your test drive site we will convert
your test drive to your new site. All updates to your test drive will
be carried over to your new site.
Before signing up you will need to know the following
information.
- Domain Name- If you do not have a domain name
already, check for available domain names at our domain
search page.
- Credit Card information- We accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express & Discovery. Sign ups are available on a month
to month basis or at a discounted rate for a full year sign up.
Signing up from your test drive-
- Click on the How Do I Sign Up link located under
the navigation buttons on your site.
- Follow the step by step instructions from the
sign up screen.
Signing up without a test drive-
A test drive is not required to sign up. You can sign up for our service
by Clicking

2. Adding Options & Features
Most Advanced Options and Features available for your site can be added
from the Admin Menu of your site.
Click Here to view our advanced options and features.
- To log into the Admin Menu and add options follow
these steps:
- Click on the house at the bottom of your homepage
and log into the Admin Menu
- Choose "Add Options".
- Click on the Add link to the right of the feature
description.
- In most cases, the feature will be added immediately.
- In some cases, you will be emailed with instructions
on what needs to be done to complete your request.

3. Upgrading Your Service
You can upgrade your service from the Admin Menu of your site at any
time. Available upgrades and prices are noted below.
Click on the Add Options button from the Admin
Menu of your site. Select add for the upgrade option of choice.
- Upgrade- Agent Express
service to Agent Pro service.
Adds approx. 20 buttons and real estate content to your site. More..
$ 49.00 one time upgrade fee.
$ 39.00 monthly fee (vs $29.00 per month for Agent Express service)
- Upgrade Agent
Pro service to Office Pro service.
Adds agent directory, employment button and the ability to assign
listings to individual agents. More..
$ 100.00 one time upgrade fee.
$ 49.00 monthly fee (vs $39.00 per month for Agent Pro service)
